I am finding this statement to be more and more true every day.  Unfortunately for me, it has been experimentally determined (though not quite a law yet) that I have a severe knack for attention to detail.  Did I say knack?  I meant lack.

This topic is generally the bane of my existance.  I have come to determine that all of my problems, real or imagined, come from a lack of attention to detail.   At school, at work, in my personal life.  And it isnt that I don’t try.  Or care.  I am even borderline OCD when it comes to organizing things.  Just cross reference my Google calendar with my up-to-the-minute planner, with my color coded sticky note system (tomorrow is a magenta day).

What makes a person good at remembering details, and acting accordingly?  How much more successful are they in their endeavors than a person who forgets every other thing?  And more importantly, what is in store for a girl who wants to be a doctor, where details reign supreme? I am generally a big picture type of person.  But as sage books say, it’s all small stuff. ?
